Dr. Riikka Veltheim has 23 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Riikka Veltheim has been a licensed physician since 1998 and a specialist in plastic surgery since 2005, after completing her training at Karolinska Hospital. At the time, Dr. Veltheim was the youngest surgeon in Sweden ever to obtain her specialist title. She defended her doctoral thesis on acute respiratory distress syndrome in 1999 and wrote her dissertation during her medical studies. She then conducted research at the Karolinska Institutet on breast cancer, which can develop during pregnancy or immediately after birth, and on bone regeneration. Today, together with Professor Per Heden, she conducts research into facial ageing and the effects of plastic surgery on bodily functions and brain health.
During medical school, she served on the board of the student association and on the board of the Swedish Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (SFEP). At Karolinska Hospital, Dr. Veltheim was responsible for the national registry for severe weight loss and was part of the reconstruction team for women after breast cancer.
From Karolinska Hospital, Dr. Veltheim was appointed as a young plastic surgeon at the Academic Clinics, where she worked as a partner and specialist in plastic surgery from 2005 to 2024. As a mother of three now grown-up children, she is passionate about everything that can give women a better quality of life after the effects and damage of pregnancy and childbirth on the female body. Dr. Riikka Veltheim is specialized in facial rejuvenation procedures, with a particular focus on advanced facelift techniques. She completed her extensive training in Sweden and further deepened her expertise through numerous international courses and fellowships in the fields of facelift surgery, mid-facelifting and forehead lifting procedures.
With many years of surgical experience and a refined aesthetic sensibility, Dr. Veltheim is regarded as one of the leading plastic and aesthetic surgeons in her field. Ms Hella Hermann is responsible for the organisational and operational processes of the practice, quality management, as well as the coordination and continuous development of internal processes.
With her many years of experience in practice management and in leading medical teams, she creates clear structures, defines reliable processes and ensures that medical, organisational and legal requirements are implemented consistently and effectively in day-to-day practice operations.
Another key focus of her role is the continuous development and modernisation of the practice. She initiates innovative solutions, optimises existing processes and implements new ideas with the aim of continuously improving patient care, service and the overall patient experience.
It is particularly important to her that patients not only receive medical treatment of the highest standard, but also feel well informed, personally supported and taken seriously from their first point of contact through treatment and aftercare.
In doing so, she combines strong organisational skills, a commitment to quality and clear communication with a keen sensitivity to people and their individual needs.
After completing her training in nursing in Germany, she gained valuable experience in the surgical sector.
After moving to Switzerland, she worked at Zurich University Hospital and Bethanien Clinic, among others. She gained further international experience in the field of sports medicine in Australia.
Back in Zurich, she worked in various clinics, including Zollikerberg Hospital.
Since 2025, Ms. von Tessin has worked as a nurse at Clinic Beethovenstraße and provides the team with competent support in everyday practice.
After training as a surgical assistant and gaining experience in children's hospitals, emergency and inpatient departments, she began working at the Pyramid Clinic. After just a short time, she became deputy head of the operating wing. A year later, Ms. Pinzon was appointed head of surgery, which included personnel and operational management of the department. She was proactively involved in the further development of work processes and compliance of certified quality and hygiene standards.
After 22 years and thousands of operations, the mother of two has assumed responsibility for the operating room at Clinic Beethovenstrasse AG since September 2022. She is also responsible for various outpatient treatments.
Farah Sahli is a state-certified physiotherapist from Germany (Frankfurt am Main) and is known for her exceptional “magic hands”. With extensive experience, sensitivity and passion, she is dedicated to the wellbeing of her patients.
At our clinic, she offers exclusive therapy and massage treatments that stand out for their distinctive techniques and exceptional quality and are not widely available elsewhere.
Her aim is to bring body and mind into harmony and to create lasting wellbeing through innovative treatment methods.
A particular focus of her work is the pre- and postoperative care of our patients. Through targeted massage techniques and manual lymphatic drainage, she supports the body before and after surgical procedures and contributes to a holistic approach throughout the course of treatment.
With great passion and enthusiasm for working in the medical field, Jasmin is a valued addition to the team of Dr. med. Colette Camenisch. After retraining as a medical secretary, she further qualified as a clinical assistant, giving her both organisational and practical experience in the day-to-day running of a medical practice.
Personal contact with patients is particularly important to her. With her open, empathetic and attentive manner, she aims to ensure that every patient feels well cared for and professionally supported from the very beginning.
She has a particular interest in aesthetic medicine and surgery.

Ms Deborah De Nisi supports the clinic management as a long-standing personal assistant and trusted right hand in key organisational, administrative and financial matters.
As one of the longest-serving members of the Clinic Beethovenstrasse team, she has extensive knowledge of the clinic’s structures, processes and requirements and has been closely involved in its day-to-day operations and ongoing development for many years.
A central focus of her role is the direct support of Dr Colette Camenisch. She coordinates appointments and commitments, manages a wide range of planning and organisational tasks, and ensures that internal and external processes are reliably coordinated.
In this role, she acts as a central point of contact between clinic management, the team, patients, as well as external partners and agencies.
Another important area of her work is accounting and financial administration, where she independently and responsibly manages a variety of tasks.
In addition, she is involved in various projects related to the ongoing development of the clinic and coordinates collaboration with external partners, including in the areas of communication, social media and digital media.
