Dr. Riikka Veltheim has 23 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Riikka Veltheim has been a licensed physician since 1998 and a specialist in plastic surgery since 2005, after completing her training at Karolinska Hospital. At the time, Dr. Veltheim was the youngest surgeon in Sweden ever to obtain her specialist title. She defended her doctoral thesis on acute respiratory distress syndrome in 1999 and wrote her dissertation during her medical studies. She then conducted research at the Karolinska Institutet on breast cancer, which can develop during pregnancy or immediately after birth, and on bone regeneration. Today, together with Professor Per Heden, she conducts research into facial ageing and the effects of plastic surgery on bodily functions and brain health.

During medical school, she served on the board of the student association and on the board of the Swedish Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (SFEP). At Karolinska Hospital, Dr. Veltheim was responsible for the national registry for severe weight loss and was part of the reconstruction team for women after breast cancer.

From Karolinska Hospital, Dr. Veltheim was appointed as a young plastic surgeon at the Academic Clinics, where she worked as a partner and specialist in plastic surgery from 2005 to 2024. As a mother of three now grown-up children, she is passionate about everything that can give women a better quality of life after the effects and damage of pregnancy and childbirth on the female body. Dr. Riikka Veltheim is specialized in facial rejuvenation procedures, with a particular focus on advanced facelift techniques. She completed her extensive training in Sweden and further deepened her expertise through numerous international courses and fellowships in the fields of facelift surgery, mid-facelifting and forehead lifting procedures.

With many years of surgical experience and a refined aesthetic sensibility, Dr. Veltheim is regarded as one of the leading plastic and aesthetic surgeons in her field. Her approach combines precision, innovation, and a strong commitment to natural-looking, long-lasting results tailored to the individual needs of her patients.

She is now a part of the team at the successful Beethovenstrasse clinic as a specialist in plastic surgery.

After completing her training as a federal medical practice assistant, Ms. De Nisi worked in orthopedics as a practice manager and instructor. Her duties also included assisting with major operations and organizing the practice's work.

From 2009, she worked in the field of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the Pyramid am See Clinic, where she gained valuable personal experience as an office manager and personal assistant to the founder.

Shortly after the opening of Clinic Beethovenstrasse, she decided to take on a new challenge with Dr. Camenisch. She has been working as a personal assistant to clinic management since June 2017 and also takes care of the clinic's accounting and social media on a part-time basis.

Right from the start of her career as a young medical practice assistant, Ms. Gass worked for many years in a cosmetics-oriented dermatology practice where she was gain a great deal of knowledge about medical cosmetics and skin. She then worked primarily in the area of ophthalmology as a medical office manager.

Since June 2022, Ms. Gass has been working as a office manager at Clinic Beethovenstrasse AG. Her responsibilities primarily include administrative activities, surgical planning and the organizational area of the clinic.

After training as a surgical assistant and gaining experience in children's hospitals, emergency and inpatient departments, she began working at the Pyramid Clinic. After just a short time, she became deputy head of the operating wing. A year later, Ms. Pinzon was appointed head of surgery, which included personnel and operational management of the department. She was proactively involved in the further development of work processes and compliance of certified quality and hygiene standards.

After 22 years and thousands of operations, the mother of two has assumed responsibility for the operating room at Clinic Beethovenstrasse AG since September 2022. She is also responsible for various outpatient treatments.

After completing her training as a federally certified Medical Practice Assistant, along with further education as a medical secretary, Ms Redzepi-Kamili gained extensive experience in a diverse medical practice environment. Through continuous professional development and her interest in aesthetics and design, she has consistently expanded her professional profile.Several years of experience in plastic and aesthetic surgery confirmed her decision to specialize in this field. Since 2025, she has been contributing her medical expertise, organizational skills, aesthetic sensibility, and strong commitment to patient care to the practice of Dr. med. Colette Camenisch.
