Temporal Facelift / Lateral Brow Lift / Brow Lifting

A Fresh, Awake Look through Gentle Lifting. The temporal facelift – also known as lateral brow lift – is a minimally invasive surgical procedure designed to gently elevate the outer eyebrow and the temple area.
The goal is to correct a tired or drooping upper face and to “open” the eye region – for a fresh, alert appearance without a rigid or artificial look.

Through small, hidden incisions in the hairline, the tissue is mobilized and repositioned upward.
The result is a discreet yet effective improvement – with no visible scarring.
The objective: a subtle lift and a refreshed, youthful gaze.

Who is a good candidate?

• Patients with drooping outer eyebrows (lateral brow ptosis)
• Those experiencing a heavy or tired look despite Botox or filler
• As an alternative or complement to upper eyelid surgery
• Younger patients seeking a subtle mini-lift
• Those with good skin elasticity and no significant neck laxity

What to expect

• Elevation of the lateral brow by approx. 3–5 mm
• Smoothing of the temple area and opening of the upper face
• A rested, refreshed appearance without visible signs of surgery
• Natural results – no exaggerated changes
• Ideal in combination with upper eyelid surgery or other procedures
